Who we are

A production company that also happens to run ticketing

Events people talk about long after the lights come up

We started out producing our own shows, which meant living with every ticketing platform on the market. None of them fit — so we built our own. Today we host our own events and run the ticketing, door and reporting for promoters across East Africa.

How we work

What we actually do

Three service lines that overlap more often than not.

  • Event hosting

We conceive, produce and run our own events end to end — concept, venue, production, talent and door.

    • Concept and creative direction
    • Venue sourcing and contracting
    • Production, staging and AV
    • Talent booking and liaison
    • Run-of-show and on-site management
  • Ticketing management

Full-service ticketing for other promoters: tiered inventory, QR entry, live sales dashboards and next-day settlement.

    • Tiered pricing with per-tier sales windows
    • Promo codes and comp allocations
    • QR tickets with door scanning
    • Live sales and door dashboards
    • CSV exports and settlement reporting
  • Production & technical

Stage, sound, lighting and video design delivered by a crew that has run rooms from 200 to 20,000.

    • Production design and CAD
    • Sound, lighting and video
    • Vendor and crew management
    • Health, safety and permitting
  • Brand activations

Experiential activations that give a brand a reason to be in the room — and the numbers to justify it.

    • Concept and experience design
    • Fabrication and build
    • Staffing and hosting
    • Capture and post-campaign reporting

What clients say

In their words

  • Registration had been our worst review score two years running. This year nobody mentioned it, which is exactly the outcome we wanted.

    Wanjiru Kamau

    Head of Brand, Meridian Payments

  • We sold 6,800 tickets with patchy signal on site and reconciled the whole door the next morning. No arguments, no missing scans.

    Tomás Oduya

    Festival Director, Coastline Presents

  • A four-hour load-in in a live mall sounded impossible. They had the tunnel standing with an hour to spare.

    Aisha Rahman

    Marketing Lead, Nova Mobile

  • The promo-code reporting told us which discounts actually moved midweek tickets instead of just discounting people who would have come anyway.

    Brian Mutiso

    Promoter, GRID Collective
