The brief

A coastal camping festival where the nearest reliable mobile data was 20 minutes away. Ticketing had to work regardless.

What we did

Four ticket tiers with camping add-ons, a hard event capacity enforced above per-tier inventory, and a door process that batches scans locally and reconciles when a signal returns.

The result

6,800 tickets sold, no oversell, and a full scan audit trail reconciled the morning after gates closed.
