The brief
Sundowner Sessions started as a 200-capacity rooftop party. By Volume 6 we were selling 2,400 tickets in under a week, which meant rebuilding the production spec from scratch while keeping the intimacy that made the series work.
What we did
We moved to a warehouse rooftop in Industrial Area, designed a modular stage that loads in overnight, and ran tiered ticketing with three release waves. Early Bird sold out in 41 minutes.
The result
A sold-out event at 4x the original capacity, a 94% door scan rate, and a mailing list that now carries every subsequent edition without paid media.
